United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Cincinnati Reviewed and Interpreted: Lease agreements, design criteria, construction exhibits and documents, to ensure coordination with the "brands" of the federal courts.
Performed Cost Analyses and Monthly Reports: Budget Review, Space and Facilities Assessment that resulted in a $1.4M cost savings for the Judiciary over the next eight years, Parking and Travel Cost Evaluation resulting in policies to help control travel costs such as actual expenses versus per diem, Attorney Admissions Fund Study that assisted the court in decision making process for fund expenditure.
