Marywood University Professional Contribution topic was on the Perspective Payment System and Resource Utilization Group categories and it effect on the treatment of the Geriatric Patient. Also presented topic to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Care Forum.
Compressed semester study which allowed me to specialize in treatment of the geriatric client. Focus of the specialization included a wholistic approach to treatment of the client. Education emphasis was on specific medical and psychological health of those individuals over 65 years of age.
