  • Processes and balances daily FNMA remittances and researches and resolves any exceptions/rejects. Balances FNMA accounts and portfolio per FNMA requirements. Generates necessary reporting.
  • Maintains Portfolio Loan Spreadsheet to accurately identify loans held for sale to FNMA.
  • Prepares and submits loan sale data and documentation to FNMA. Completes loan sale and ensure all loans are balanced and assigned to the correct investor in the FICS Mortgage Servicer system. Emails reports to management.
  • Gathers documentation for modification, partial release, subordination, and utility easement requests. Provides member updates and obtains necessary approvals to expedite the processes.
  • Determines the required actions for insurance checks received for property damage. Orders the needed inspections and ensures work is completed per plans and specifications; releases funds per guidelines.
  • Processes and researches member requests for PMI cancellation per guidelines.
  • Performs required Annual Escrow Analysis per Regulatory guidance. Provides internal and external member support for issues/questions which may arise.
  • Processes 1098/1099 tax forms for year-end IRS reporting.
  • Runs yearly PMI disclosures and mails to members.
