In this capacity I recorded, played musical instruments, led singing, and preached. Then I edited the videos for uploading to the internet. This was a challenging learning curve.

    • This congregation was low in energy following the firing of the previous minister. I helped the congregation have higher self-esteem. I gave leadership, by visiting members in their homes, inspired the congregation through energetic and meaningful worship services. I also took responsibility for doing whatever needed to be done, such as, replacing the light bulbs in the sanctuary, and pressure washing sidewalks.
    • This is a small aging congregation that has experienced growth in the number of young adults and children.
