  • Novo Nordisk supported their MSL's in maintaining clinical diabetes expertise and allowed up to 8 hours per week of clinical duties outside of NNI responsibilities.
  • NNI Employees who chose to this were paid/reimbursed by Novo Nordisk, Inc.
  • and NOT by the facility in which they were employed, hence my "WOC" appointment and continued employment in the care of our Nation's Veterans in SLVHCS.
  • Additionally and concurrently, I continued Diabetes Education responsibilities in SLVHCS's Diabetes Education Program 1 hour per week.

  • The position was primarily a supervisory position of 53 employees involved in Case Management of Veterans in the community.
