-Achieve unit sales targets for new and pre-owned cars and related products and services from retail and/or wholesale clients.
-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, safety/performance packages, accessories, and services of the Mercedes-Benz dealership.
-Assuming full responsibility for the entire sales process, including but not limited to:
1) Getting to know my clients via in-depth interview.
2)Accommodating my client's product preference via presentation and demonstration.
3)Finding the right Mercedes-Benz for my clients.
4)Preparing my clients for ownership with a great delivery that is personalized and accommodating to my client's respective individual needs and expectations.

-Effectively closing sales, being profit-minded, and understanding new and used car financing and insurance.
-Follow up with prospects, utilizing various methods of communication (e.g. CRM)
-Develop new business and sales leads and increase my client base through focused, personal marketing efforts.
-Make effective deliveries by following all sale details, inspecting every car sold.
-Introducing my clients to the Service and Sale Managers and making a personalized delivery of their automobile.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles so I can help my clients make informed comparisons, decisions and purchases.
-Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Mercedes-Benz/AMG vehicle supply status from production to delivery.
-Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz/AMG's ever-changing products and services
-Maintain professional and technical expertise through on-the-job training, attending trade shows, company-certified product knowledge testing, educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies.
