  • SOFTWARE UTILIZATION: Apply subject matter expertise in a collaborative environment to review and assess online websites, databases and resources to identify trends, patterns and relationships.
  • Utilize a variety of FBI databases including the Next Generation Identification (NGI), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Interstate Identification Index (III), and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Index.
  • Update the NICS Index, by adding, modifying, and deleting data.
  • Ensure modifications are made to the CJIS Net System.
  • Receive telephonic inquiries and perform name searches in the NCIC, Interstate Identification Index (III), and the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Index.
