Administering cognitive assessment test including ABCD for cognitive communication disorders
Planning Individual treatment protocols for patients and implementing them for improved communication/swallowing abilities for better quality of life
Participating in weekly interdisciplinary meeting to communicate and coordinate treatment progress with other departments and disciplines
Attend family meetings to educate them on patient plan of care
Refer patients for instrumental evaluation or other professional references as and when needed.
