With over 3+ years of customer service I have a great foundation when working with customers, teams, and deadlines. Strong grasp of computer systems, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and installing software/OS with a deep desire to learn more about computers. Strong skills within the MyIT ticket system and Remedy, using windows 10. Strong intentions for school. Currently within a L1 Global Help Desk, but i aspire to work in a more responsible environment that utilizes more of my skills.
