  • Prepare a wide variety of recurring and some nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents and reviews and finalizes correspondence/documents prepared by others in handwritten or electronic drafts.

  • Coordinates lodging for members who live out of town for monthly UTAs GTC (Government Travel Card) point of contact while maintaining unit's GTC program & binder and track members' training dates.
  • Maintains unit's calendar including tracking members' request for all types of orders from submission to completion.
