  • Complete Assessed Value Update with the State of Nebraska.
  • Create a three-year plan of assessment action for the required six-year cycle and file with State of Nebraska.
  • Enter Homestead Exemptions calculations for tax purposes.
  • Certify valuations to taxing authorities.
  • Download data to County Treasurer for tax statements.
  • Balance all records between both offices.
  • Respond to all Public Records requests.
  • Calculate Budgetary needs and operate within said budget.
