    • Serves as the Industrial Security Program Manager for the National Guard Bureau ARNG-G2 Intelligence & Security with oversight of the 54 States, Territories and District of Columbia.
    • Developed security program, security program guidance, and support for all levels of management involving originating new security techniques, establishing criteria, or developing new information and approaches to problems relative to industrial and security training to effectively protect all resources in ARNG and assist outside security in accomplishing their missions.
    • Provides guidance on industrial security policy and procedures to ensure the protection government information and classification requirements are met.
    • Advises and provides assistance to ARNG project managers concerning preparation of guides and other aspects of the DA and DoD Industrial Security Program.
    • Closely monitors contractor compliance with all applicable DoD, DA, and Foreign regulatory security requirements.
    • Responsible for assuring a proper and mutually beneficial industrial security program for assuring the eligibility of contractors to access and possess classified material and their ability to provide safeguards required by the DOD manual for Industrial security.
    • Provide assistance and operational support to the information security, physical security and personnel security program managers.
    • Serves as subject matter expert and advises management officials in areas regarding physical security measures, changes with force protection procedures and tracking of risk and local threat assessment data.
    • Determines the most efficient and cost effective method of meeting security requirements based on sites construction and configuration of secured area.
    • Provides guidance and executive correspondence of standard security procedures to support states protection needs for the protection of government information.
    • Performs installation and maintenance tasks on high tech security equipment including, but not limited to GSA approved CDX-09, X-07/08/09 and Brute security locks, used to secure government facilities and saving the agency in cost expenses up to $20,000 annually by eliminating the need for contract laborers.
    • Managed physical security programs which include mechanical, telemetry and access and entry control devices, close circuit television (CCTV) display systems, audio communications, duress alarms, intrusion detection systems, and other stand-alone alarm­ lock security equipment.
    • Monitored contract guard force officers, ensures security awareness, compliance and asset protection to prevent loss or damage to personnel, equipment or national security information.
    • Conducts security training sessions and briefings to include up to (85) security managers and access control custodian appointees on upcoming security events, potential threats and the latest local security alerts.
