  • The development of the database program eliminated the manual process of tracking and updating records by hand and maximized office productivity by over 50 percent.
  • The elimination of a manual promotion scoring process was made possible by automating the process with Microsoft Excel Macros and VBA programming.
  • Use Oracle Discoverer to construct, schedule, and execute over 200 command wide ad hoc query requests on a monthly basis in support of Commander's and Functional Account Manager's (FAM) command responsibilities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Access VBA programming, forms, reports and macros along with Microsoft Excel to automate the process by importing, exporting and processing complex queries before delivery.
  • Developed and maintain a Microsoft Access database FAM portal called FAMdb that presents each manager with real time information aiding in their decision making processes.
