I would like to expand my experience and enhance my skills in this type of industry. I would like to improve my skills in customer service and help satisfy guests here. I am familiar with working in the medicine industry. I am trained in care giving and assisting and I provide excellent customer service.
The main goal for a hostess is to ensure satisfaction of our guests/ customers. Greet them as they entered and left the building. Make sure they were away of our current features/ promotions.
The usual crowd for this restaurant business tended to be older folks. I was able to find different ways to initiate conversations and get to know people. I really enjoy this job a lot because it is nice being able to work in such an environment. It really made me become a more patient and understanding person by having to socialize with so many different folks.

My main role is to assist on leads. I scan and process information into the data base on our computer system. Running errands for an agent such as going on a run to the bank. I also answer phone calls and fax information and make sure the office is visually appealing.
I was able to help out and sponsor American Family Insurance at one of our big events that was held at Lake Pleasant.

I used their equipment for days shipment arrived. The electronic devices were used to scan shipment so that they can be inputted into the system. After, locating certain products and scanning them to see if they belonged in the stockroom or on the sales floor was necessary. When working on the sales floor, I had to demonstrate working as customer service. Helping customers find certain items or assist them in the dressing room.
This job taught me a lot about customer service. It also taught me to not be afraid to initiate conversations with guests to enhance customer service.

This one helped me a lot with dealing with customer service as well. It helped me have a more positive outlook and vibe when it came to handling customers. It also helped me stay cheerful and energetic when having to take care of predicaments with customers.

As of May of 2014, I became a CNA. I have 75+ hours of clinical hours that were performed in Sun Grove Village Care Center as well as Arrowhead Hospital. And I am attending Grand Canyon University in order to attain my bachelors degree in Nursing.
