Survey, monitor, and evaluate health care/treatment facilities or providers to determine degree of compliance with state, and/or federal standards for a health facility or organization licensed by the state or certified by the government and documents all deficiencies noted.
Currently, I am a member of the Complaint Unit and work independently in long term care facilities and primarily complete complaint investigations, abuse allegations, and facility reported incidents.
