I have been representing myself pro se regarding family law issues since 2006. I am very familiar with the time table for submitting Motions and Responses to opposing council and participating in the required Mediation. More recently, I am pursuing a Motion for Contempt on one of the other parties in a family law matter and hope to add aspects of "trial preparation" to my experience. I am a self starter with an ability to work independently and have strong communication skills for handling sensitive legal matters.
Motion for Contempt approved in July 2013, set for trial August 2014.
I have modeled extensively through PPCC and students have submitted work including me in the student art show the past three years.
My experience is mainly with clients recovering from traumatic brain injury. I also completed studies to become a certified brain injury specialist.
