Helped to tidy up the library, put away books and movies in various sections of the library, run programs in both the teen and children sections (working with kids aged 3-10), held bake sales to fund food programs for at-risk teens, and covered a help desk when needed.

Attended a meeting each month to discuss all matters pertaining to the management of a municipal library, including financing and budgeting, providing appropriate library materials, voting on new policies as well as any changes to the hours of operation, fees, rules, and other services that the library provides to the public.
Took part in the Teen Literature Conference in Denver for several years:
An all day event at Metro State University in Denver where we listened to and met with multiple nationally recognized authors and attended various workshops throughout the day.
