I am an international student who comes from China and currently studying as a freshman at Indiana University at Bloomington.
My past experience shows that I am able to manage multi-tasks at the same time, make decisions, lead a team, and coordinate with different people. I was the leader of my school's robot team since fourth grade. As a leader, I knew what every member's advantage was and gave members as much opportunity as possible to develop their skills. From my point of view, it is more important to support teammates in a team instead of telling people what to do.I am able to accomplish the set-up goal in a certain amount of time. When I was working in a medical company, I could prepare documents and other materials for every meeting. I am capable of solving problems to meet a certain goal. Furthermore, I often needed gather information and analyze data to make decisions in order to benefit the whole team. My leadership experience also helps me to improve my confidence when I speak in public.
I am very independent and willing to help other people. I went to Vietnam to take care of disabled children in the summer of 2013. I was also volunteering in the Indiana University Auditorium in 2014.
