Hi my name is Jessica Claire I was born in denver colorado may 7th 1989.Im married with a few kids so my work ethic is outstanding regarding the fact i have to take care of my family.Im responsible and you can count on me being ontime everyday for work.Some personal skills I've developed over the years are some physical and mental.Ill start off with I have learned to communicate with other team members and learned to listen to new ideas or feedback on my work.Also learned to work with other team mates because if you dont have great relationships and great communication with your team work can get frustrating and difficult to work so I have learned that having those skills leads to better work results and better finished product.My physical personal skills is that I have learned and been certified on heavy machinery,like I was a lead crane operator for vestas for little over a year.I became the best operator there and was promoted to lead where my task included training new hires on other jobs that needed to be done and also trained employees on how to use crane properly and safely.Another skill is I learned how to operate bobcats,forklifts,pallet jacks,zamboney,the walk behind zamboney,Buffer,and alot more hand tools and other little machines.I've been trained on ppe personal protective equipment,safety regulations,and how to properly use different hazardous materials cleaning and disposing of them.I love to lead a team and or be apart of a team and love to work and meet deadlines on certain things that needs to be done.
