Additional Information
  • Las Cruces , NM, US Transfered from NMSU to Dona Ana college at the end of the spring semester of 2008 to the fall semester of 2008. I change my degree to fire science. This degree change I felt was for the better. Got a lot of haz-mat training, fire code, and emergency response training. Western New Mexico University Business Silver City, NM, US Attended Western University from Fall of 2007 to the spring of 2008. I also played college football for Western. While I was their I was also taking courses for business. New Mexico State University Business Las Cruces , NM, US Transfered to NMSU in the spring of 2008 to continue my business degree with a better college program. Committees (include roles, such as chairman, etc.) I was apart of a employee based safety committee for three years called Hotrods (Helping Others To Respect, Observe and Develop Safety). This is a world class committee which is based off BST (behavior safety technology). In other words, this committee was based around behavior based safety issues. Even though their was a committee of members this system was owned and operated by the employee. Employees could make observation on each other with out the worry of getting in trouble from upper management. It allowed employees to talk and communicate with each other about the observation they took. What makes this system so great is that it is completely anonymous. It gives the employee a since of ownership and responsibility, because when we are at work the main goal is to get back home safe and sound to our families. This really struck big with employees do to the fact that you are not just doing observation you are being each others brothers looking out for the man next to you.
