This position receives, assesses. screens, processes and assigns for investigation. Reports from professionals and community members of abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation, neglect and self-neglect of vulnerable adults, make referrals to other agencies and assesses imminent risk and safety. as outline in Chapter 6 of the long term care manual and in accordance with RCW 74.34.
