- I'm extremely driven and determined to do 100 percent at every job I take on. I naturally believe I was born to be a leader i have always been good with directing and managing people. I have lots of experience in a fast pace environment with at least 40 employees I was responsible for developing and training in the day to day restraunt needs . I take coaching and feedback very well I learn from my mistakes. When I got promoted to be restraunt manager at the taco bell in Boaz it was the second worst store in the company out of 362 stores I was determined to show my skills and show my area coach that he was right to pick me for the job . It took me three months to develop and train an entirely new management team and over 40 new employees I work 17 hours a day 6 days a week but I was determined to prove I could do it I took the store over in March by November me and my team had won three awards and currently set at third best store In the company . This is an entirely new environment for me I have always worked in a restaurant but I'm determined if given a chance I wouldn't let you down.
