Specialize in an array of areas such as domestic and foreign Patent and Trademark docketing, TTAB, Copyrights, Litigation and Customs.
Consult, manage and perform special projects including software selection to implementation of procedures.
Handle conversions; mergers; procedure analysis; custom docketing manuals; file audits, training and overflow.
Provide the following services for law firms: New File Intakes/Transfers; file audits; temporary docketing services; system customizations; Docketing manual and Procedures' manual; integrity checks; customized reports and training.

Supervised and managed the duties and work-flow of the Docketing Department for three offices and 6 employees.
Managed the daily needs of the office by ensuring the department was properly staffed to handle workload and special requests; managed time and attendance; updated and managed group expectations; trained attorneys on Docketing software; reviewed dockets regularly to assure quality and consistency of work product; worked closely with Office Administrator in revising and implementing new procedures to correct/improve existing procedures; data clean-up; assisted with periodic software maintenance to ensure an accurate database including adding action codes and descriptions; assisted with the transfer of files to/from the firm; processed abandoned files; oversaw the Maintenance Fee Department, and worked closely with the File Room.
