  • Expanded the responsibility for the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to include more responsibility in a matrix organization to drive activities. This includes driving over 15 NPI projects, ensuring accountability for the organization to deliver these products to customers and markets.
  • Expanded the Product Roadmap and subsequent Technology Roadmap to newly developed markets of Mil/Aero and Heavy Off-Road Vehicles, looking to new markets to continue to drive growth.
  • Executed the combining of two companies when purchased by Amphenol, and responsible for a new branding campaign as well as changing existing collateral from Meggitt to Amphenol, focusing on the Wilcoxon and Piezo Technologies name. Resulted in a new name, logo and revitalized the company image for both companies, completed within 3 months of the transition.
  • Created and executed many new product marketing campaigns to highlight our new products and our company’s capabilities and initiated a Product Spotlight program that supported the product and applications the products went into.

  • Developed a comprehensive Product Roadmap and subsequent Technology Roadmap to plan out new product development for growth markets and industries in condition monitoring and military/aerospace markets while ensuring complete coverage of all product lines.
  • Directed the engineering group on the specific engineering task for NPI, resulting in an increase of 12% of revenue directly correlated to the products developed, while keeping under engineering budgets by 20% on average.
  • 12 new products were released highlighting digital sensor designs primed for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT).
  • Led European Regulatory requirement RoHS 2 transition for the company, both as the technical expert and as the project manager, to ensure all products were RoHS2 compliant by the deadline.
