• Provide technical support, design approval to Vendors while developing/manufacturing the pattern, die, tooling at Vendor end and same technical provided to Quality Engineer and marketing people while order quote.
• Creating pattern machining and casting drawing and comparing them with the latest revision
• Designing the product/ casting by taking into consideration various aspects like Design for casting, Design for tooling, Design for manufacture, Design for assembly and weight reduction.
• Preparing various MIS reports for senior management review, maintaining a record of resource utilization (man, machine and material) of development projects to keep a track of operations.
