Supervised skid assembly build with Production Manager and Welding Foreman to ensure proper mounting of electrical enclosures, motor disconnects, Festo Air Regulators, ASi blocks, and wire baskets for routing signal cables from process devices to electrical control panels.
Pre-wired all Flow Control Valves, Conductivity Meters, Temperature Indicating Transmitters and ensured that all closed loop devices were tagged and properly wired to ASi network.
Performed initial 120/480 AC checkout to ensure all control panels were electrically sound and Assisted Electrical Engineers with I/O checkout.

Built and installed an MCP for FedEx conveyer system, whose UL508A control Panel certification inspection passed without any rework.
Day 1: Removed & replaced existing panel and integrated wiring in a 7 hour window, and ran evening FedEx production with newly installed panel.
Day 2 - 3: Installed and terminated upgraded conveyor motor wiring and added (four) E-Stop/Start stations, (5) Start/Stop stations, and (2) E-Stop pull cords.
Day 4/Start Up: FedEx compliments included - "The smoothest start up"; "No complications".
