Job Objective Through a combination of skills, experience and dedication, I am seeking the position of Head of Public Services in the library at the new Thomas M. Cooley Law School campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This was a part-time position. I did legal research for the full-time Reference Librarians. Primarily this was in support of the Library's Faculty Liaison Program. Strengths and Skills During the years before I became a librarian I worked in the private sector, in that setting I acquired skills and experience in management, marketing, budgeting and negotiation. Since becoming a librarian I feel I have developed very strong communication, public relations and teaching skills. My greatest strength is in my people skills, in terms of management, motivation and organization.

My duties included everything from fine appeals, to scheduling, to patron complaints.
I also worked at least eight hours each week at the Reference Desk.
