Child Support Enforcement Officer II
Collection of outstanding and current child support, Analyze, research, evaluate and confirm information to ensure accuracy, timeliness and data reliability. Research legal documents and procedures applicable to case management and/or child support enforcement activities. Court and legal system processes related to child support enforcement, family law or resolving contested judicial or administrative actions. Case management principles & interviewing techniques. Excellent customer service to stakeholders, community partners, internal and external customers, peers and management including the quality and timeliness of work products, effectiveness in provision of child support services to clients, state agencies and judicial entities. Completed legal files and documents to timely referrals to Arizona Child support Attorney General's Office for court action, to establishment of support orders. Administrative measures to enforce orders; face-to-face and/or over the telephone with parties to a case or initiating or responding jurisdictions. Strong in analyzing and interpreting court orders and judgments to facilitate collecting or recovering expenses, repayment, or obligations; using automated information and case management systems; using interviewing techniques to obtain needed information; preparing administrative documents; maintaining and organizing a caseload of 2000 cases; determining appropriate action to be taken based on data and established policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines; oral and written communications to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with a diverse group (clients, co-workers, attorneys, and other court and legal system staff)
