Developed and implemented the concept of a "Transport Van" that would go on all outreaches in order to directly transport friends in need to resources that can meet those needs.

Played a significant role in the collaboration between NYCR, Bowery Mission, NYC Rescue Mission, and Hope For New York and The Salvation Army, called The Rescue Alliance.
Played a significant role in redesigning major aspects of collaborative The Rescue Alliance outreach event called Don't Walk By, such as:
- the training for outreach teams and hospitality teams
- the walk-in reception for guests
- the hospitality experience that now enables the guests to be connected to resources that meet a felt-need the night of the event itself
- the follow-up care for guests after they get transported to shelter
Oversaw all outreach operations of NYCR for a 10 year period where the annual budget grew from less than 1 million dollars to over 4 million dollars.
Developed new volunteer implementation strategy that empowered local volunteers to meet on-location that almost doubled NYCR volunteer occurrences in one year.
Designed Relief Co-op model of outreach that allowed NYC Relief to leverage staff and volunteers inside partner organizations to help homeless guests navigate services.
Designed and implemented follow-up care department with social workers, care coordination, and social work interns.
Thought leader behind Covid-19 response of NYC Relief that included connecting homeless individuals to 400 nights of hotel stays to isolate safely indoors, the design of a pop up office with a design firm called Perkins & Will, as well as the distribution of thousands of masks, and hand sanitizer.
A key content creator for grants totaling millions of dollars through key partnerships with organizations like Hope For New York, The Grace & Mercy Foundation, Robin Hood, New York Community Trust, and a lot more.
