I started as a Server at Denny's Restaurant in 1994 and worked my way up to General Manager within 4 years. I worked for Denny's for approximately 10 years before I left that profession. Some of my duties included Inventory/Ordering/Payroll/Accounts Payable & Receivable/End of day & week/Scheduling of 40 plus employees/Hiring/Training/ working the floor and "job coding" as needed.
