I have been attending high school for the past four years, and will soon get my diploma within the next two months. Growing up, I never could really decide on what career best suits me. I am aware that it is totally fine to not be certain about your career field, but in my opinion, it is better to have an idea of what you want to do in college while you're in high school. My family, teachers, and friends always tell me that I have such outstanding communication skills. Personally, I enjoy English, and I know the medical field is one of the best fields to be in. Combining the two, I finally decided on Speech Pathology.Ā

I always get on the honor roll and participation certificates after each quarter and semester of school. Yavapai College - Carnival Volunteer Prescott, AZ, 10/2013 - 10/2013Within this position of volunteering at a carnival at this church, I sold snow cones, and assisted children in getting their face painted. It was very crowded during those three days that I volunteered (the carnival is for 4 days), so I had to be very fast when helping the customers, and still remain organize and courteous to everyone.
Feeding South Florida - Volunteer City, STATE, 2016 - 2016Feeding South Florida is a regional food bank that feeds tons of hungry families. Volunteering here was an amazing experience! I had to be super quick and alert because there's so many boxes of food to sort out and unpack in a given amount of time. I also had to be very organized because the boxes contained nonfood items, and food that aren't for humans, such as dog and cat food.Ā
