After they paid, I would show them all the buttons and levers and mechanics of the boat or wave runner, show them where all necessary gear is on said vehicle, then go over the laws of the lake so that they knew what to do and where not go to. Before all of this, I would help clean all machines of sand, trash, and other stains that might be left over from the previous renters. I would help dock and undock all renters since most were inexperienced. I would also help any customer with their luggage that they were taking onto the boat, along with helping them get on or off the boat to make it less of a risk of falling into the water.
