Boat Captain Master of Steam or Motor Vessels of not more then 100 Gross Registered Tons (Domestic Tonnage) Upon Near Coastal Waters.
Have been running boats my entire life. started on crew boats and motorized barges push boats in the oil industry after graduating high school.Also worked as a Captain and Helper on a jack up barge doing wire line work at least 5yrs. I am not Afraid to get my hands dirty or take orders.Have a lot of experience on boats, follow all Coast Guard Rules and Regulations.Also have an Advanced Firefighting course U.S. Coast Guard Approved. I am presently studying for a Chief Engineering License.
My best skills are operating boats always put safety first. Also worked on tugboats when on summer break while i was in high school have experience making up tows and pushing barges. Don't have a towing endorsement but have a lot of knowledge of tow boats.
Also own my own shrimping and fishing vessel as a side job something to fall back on i have a commercial fishing license.
I'm not the bragging type person but when I'm on my Shrimp boat 90% of the time I do it by myself. I have a 31' boat i shrimp (skim) alone. made enough money to rebuild my home after hurricane Katerina.did most of the
