In charge for the training, mentoring and developing of 9 NCO's, 21 Soldiers and 10 Snipers. To improve there capabilities and job efficiency threw extensive motivational training and practice. Responsible for the maintenance, serviceability and accountability of 3 M3A3 Bradleys, 5 1151 up armored HMMWV's and all end items valued over $10,000,000. Able to track location and welfare of all Soldiers under my care.

Successfully completing Army entry processing packets and tracking until successful entry into the Army. conducted hundreds of Classroom visits, Assembles, sporting events and carnival / fair set ups.
