• Served as the Battalion S4 for an Airborne Infantry Battalion consisting of over 400 Paratroopers and various MTOE equipment valued in excess of $25 million. Responsible for all internal logistics within the battalion to include: sustainment plans and operations, supply, maintenance, transportation, services and operational contract support, monitoring and tracking expenses for the Battalion's budget of $1.25 million. Other responsibilities include: Managed and monitor the Battalion's Government Purchase Card; Managed and oversaw the Battalion property through the Command Supply Discipline with report of surveys, lateral transfers, and equipment turn-ins; Managed and maintained 8 facilities as the Facility Manager; Supervised and responsible for the health, welfare and morale of two non-commissioned officers and two paratroopers.
• Served as a Platoon Leader of a Parachute Infantry Platoon consisting of 38 paratroopers. Responsible for leading, training, maintaining, caring, and resourcing 38 paratroopers that are capable of deploying worldwide within 18 hours of notification. Responsible for training, management, and develop multiple levels of leaders to include 13 non-commissioned officers. Developed and implemented programs that promoted professional growth, health and welfare, and morale of all individuals under my supervision.
