Such promotional events include Charity golf tournaments, Hotel concierge /employee luncheons, Convention based promotions and other various charity events which increased brand awareness to our local market and visiting guests as well.
Field Marketing initiatives include site visits to local Fire Departments, police stations, Apartment complexes, car dealerships and local hotels and dropping off promotional flyers and promotional items such as coffee mugs and pens to boost brand awareness and help drive business to our location.
Created welcome kits which included a to go menu and a few other hooters promotional items for the apartment complexes to give to their new residents to further increase our brand awareness within the local community.
Creating a Partnership with local businesses such as the bar next door to the International Drive location known as Howl at the Moon and when they had corporate buyout events and their establishment was closed to the public I would give them discount or bounce back cards to give to guests that they had to turn away to drive those guests to our establishment. Thus strengthening our local business partnership relations and helping Howl appease their guests that they had to turn away and in turn driving that lost business directly to us!

A few of these items include creating a dessert poster to push our new dessert shooters, a mock draft line up roster to display in the store to increase awareness about available Draft party hosting, UFC fight promotional posters to increase guest awareness and encourage them to watch the fight with us!
This month I am currently I am working on a few different upcoming events for the Lake Buena Vista location.
These events include the Give a Hoot Tournament of games, the Hooters Girl alumni party, and the Halloween bock party bash.
The Give a Hoot Charity tournament of games is an event that I have created to help this location raise money for the Kelly Jo Dowd fundraiser. This event will include a series of games for a $5 entrance fee and prizes will be awarded to each winner in hopes to not only raise money for the Kelly Jo Dowd fundraiser but increase guests knowledge about our corporations continuous involvement in giving back to the community.
The Hooters Girl Alumni party will be an event that caters to our formal Hooters girls. It will include a party on the patio with a DJ and will feature an interactive karaoke session for the girls to get involved in.
Lastly the Halloween block party. This event is a partnered event with all of the other businesses located within the plaza. The entire plaza will be giving out candy and promotional items for their business. At this location we will have a few craft tables set up and games for the children to participate in with small prizes. This event provides a safe place for children to go trick or treating as another way to give back to our community and also increases brand awareness within our local market in hopes to increase our local market clientèle.
