I started at the Hexagon Bar with very little bartending experience, but within a few weeks I won the favor of
the regulars and became a reliable asset to the owner.
My responsibilities include: Pouring cocktails, beer and
wine, operating a POS system, cooking and serving both appetizers and pizzas, rotating stock, dealing with
vendors and maintaining an organized and cleanly bar.

I started as a dishwasher and within a month I was moved to the kitchen line.
Within 3 months I had
mastered all of the kitchen stations including: fryer operation, grill operation, food preparation and
running the line.
I was the model for serving food to our customers with the mentality that it is important to
