Professional Summary

When i started withDover Downs I was a banquet server we polish silverware all sorts water and vine glasses plated coffee cups etc. If needed we placed cloth napkins into the glasses. Refill salt/pepper shakes sugar container also. We placed table cloths on tables set-up tables with plate silverware. Center piece as well. Tray jacks with trays cloth napkins also. Once function is ready we greet customers smile bev. Salad first bev always. Remove when able entree removed when able desert remove when able. Once fuction is complete we clear the room to set-up for the next function. In time I was moved to be a Assistance. i stock refill salt-pepper shakers sugar make beverage. Polish silverware all utencels place order of there is a order to be stocked clean-up. Before i leave I make sure the area is clean. Also if needed to help break down the ballroom yes. If neeed to help in break down of the food I do that as well. Before i leave I make sure everything is clean up report to mu employee if everything is okay then I leave.Basicly I am the last to leave .
