  • 84 hours/ bi-weekly) Utilize knowledge of personnel management to streamline workflow, schedule assignments and forecast manpower in order to prevent manning deficiencies and production backlogs of thirty-five Full Motion Video FMV) and Imagery professionals.
  • Responsible for intelligence-related research, FMV, and near real-time digital imagery collection, exploitation, and dissemination of specialized soft copy and hardcopy photographic products.
  • Perform precision based Quality Control (QC) of fused multi-source intelligence products.
  • Ensuring compliance with special instructions, standards, and security requirements certifying every analytical report credited is technically accurate and concise, thus increasing the customer's ability to maintain their production and timeline goals.
  • Evaluate and implement procedures related to the training and development of analysts involved in the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) process.
  • Articulate operational requirements and guidance to develop more efficient and effective geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) strategies with balance and integration of new and emerging sensor technologies to combatant commands for validation and execution.
  • Which includes traditional national technical means NTM), commercial space-borne and airborne imagery platforms.
  • Interface with the Intelligence Community (IC) as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
  • Serving as a point of continuity, providing liaison from Task Force Commanders to theater collection managers, air component commands, and interagency contacts through coordination and de-confliction of ISR asset activities and sensitive reconnaissance operations.
  • Enhancing imagery collection strategies for current and contingency operations that allow synchronization of daily collection plans and imagery requirements.
  • Articulate operation requirements, procedures, and guidance to Production, Exploitation and Dissemination PED) personnel, unmanned and manned ISR platform crews and combatant commands in order to provide detailed imagery information in minimal time to plan and execute close-combat tactical operations with fixed and rotary winged aircraft while fulfilling first phase geospatial analysis.
  • Serve as a Senior Imagery Interpreter responsible for performing all three phases of imagery and FMV analysis to satisfy the planning and execution of specialized operations.
  • Providing imagery objective validation, prioritization and nomination while stating essential elements of information for exploitation of exercises, contingency, and operations plans.
  • Develop in-depth intelligence analytical assessments through imagery analysis leveraging knowledge of inner workings of the Intelligence Community (IC) providing fusion of all-source, GEOINT and signals intelligence (SIGINT) and dissemination of high suspense actionable intelligence.

  • Produced over 450 products over a six month period in support of Thirteenth Marine Expeditionary Unit's MEU) Western Pacific deployment to include 357 overviews, 28 beach landing site studies (BLS), 14 area of interest close-ups (AOI), 7 route studies, as well as products in support of planned Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel missions (TRAP), and Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) studies in 2008.
  • Wrote multiple tasking nominations to collect overhead coverage in support of Thirteenth MEU's Western Pacific deployment by establishing and maintaining direct liaison and coordination with senior level officials at various national, theater, service specific, and tactical levels ensuring command collection and production requirements were processed and satisfied in support of anti-piracy operations in 2008.
  • Provided multi-casting through Global Broadcast Service (GBS), and identification of key limitations of the Scan Eagle Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) to facilitate dissemination to supported units providing combatant commanders better situational awareness during anti-piracy operations in 2008.
  • Meticulously built over sixty menstruated point graphic products over a thirty-day exercise in support of Operation Native Fury Aqaba, Jordan in 2008.
  • Squad Leader responsible for the mentorship and well being of twelve Marines engaged in combat operations Fallujah, Iraq in support of Operation Phantom Fury in 2004.
  • Vehicle Commander within a Combined Arms Action Team (CAAT) traversing over 10,000 miles in a six-month period as a security detail in support of medical evacuations, logistical transportation, and VIP's throughout Iraq in 2004.
  • Deployed as a Fire Team Leader in 2003, in support of the initial combat phase of Operation Iraqi Freedom responsible for the mentorship and well being of four Marines engaged combat operations Nasiriyah, Iraq that led to the safe rescue of American Prisoners of War (POW).
