Print and Digital Media Collection - The Ralph Lauren Library Created the Ralph Lauren media archive composed of a global collection of press, books and photography as it relates to the company dating from its founding in 1967 through the present.
Created the materials submissions guideline used by all Ralph Lauren departments worldwide to submit media materials to the archive.
Managed the influx of all Ralph Lauren related media by working closely with corporate offices worldwide.
Subsequently arranged for the digitizing and preservation of all physical materials.
Created the organization and filing system for the physical materials which are stored in an off-site fine arts storage facility, allowing for easy retrieval.
Managed the lending of materials to various departments company-wide and assisted with research projects.
Acted as consultant to the IT team on the implementation of a new DAM system, advising on taxonomy as it related to media assets, as well as user functionality.
Managed all media related digital assets in the DAM system by ensuring that all assets were uploaded and catalogued with the appropriate metadata for easy search and retrieval.
Conducted interactive training sessions with both domestic and international teams to ensure that they were properly trained on how to use the DAM system to its full potential.
Managed student interns on diverse media-related archival projects.

Digital Asset Collection - Ralph Lauren Photography Archive.
Managed photo shoot production projects from beginning to end by assigning project job numbers, receiving digital images from photographers post-shoot, uploading assets to the digital asset management system, and cataloguing all photos with the appropriate metadata for company use worldwide.
Received and uploaded PDFs of all advertising collateral and reconciled these against the physical copies to make sure there were no irregularities.
