This project involved the migration of approximately 400 users from a legacy workflow system to an Oracle BPM workflow system.

This was a very complicated project involving many different technologies and departments.
This project included a very aggressive time schedule that was met by our team in every iteration.

This was an 8-month project that was implemented to import or export 700,000 to 1,000,000 pages per day.

Responsible for analysis of current production imaging system to gather information on it' current use, this includes working with users and managers to ensure the conversion fit their business needs.
