Responsible for the direct administrative support for the Construction Combat Systems Superintendent including the CS Production Managers in order to meet contract performance for the CVN72 Refueling and Complex Overhaul for Combat Systems AOR. Areas of responsibility include coordination of IRs, (Ensuring "K" Irs are not scheduled late, attending IR meetings as needed, pushing IRs with long task days and working PRCS IRs through a timely manner), Prefreeze Report, CO Agenda updates, Business Reviews, set up and facilitate Lesson Learned meeting quarterly, research and provide finance data to support CS & Program Reviews, general administrative tasks as outlined in Checklist (Builld to Test Charts, graphs, presentations, Zone Cleanliness database and War Room Agenda, etc.). Other duties consist of attending weekly meetings (ship tours, War Room meetings, Compartment Completion and month end Progressing) and also taking major key event photos of the Ship for Combat Systems. Performed Administrative duties in support of the Construction Team and Program Office for the CVN 71 Refueling and Complex Overhaul and CVN 73/USS George Washington BOA. Responsible for accurately updating and maintaining LOE costs by providing up-to-date LOE tracker information, monthly historical data charts and comparisons, monthly Spending Summary, and weekly Action Items and Agendas. Work with Contracts, Finance, CVN 71 Construction Team and Government representatives to obtain updates for the Level of Effort (LOE) meeting materials. Maintained and provided updates to the Program Office MRR (Overhead Budget Forecast) Report by reviewing and researching costs on a monthly basis in order to reduce overhead costs and provide a forecast to support the Program Cost Analysis. Researched budgets/EACs (direct and indirect). Prepared labor cost transfers and material memos to correct any expenditure made inadvertently, as appropriate. Distributed CVN 73 Executive Weekly Highlights to the RCOH and APG team. and CVN71 Program Management Office. Supported Superintendents by providing top cost drivers for explanation of root causes by creating and updating Topside 4-Ups charts. Responsible for maintaining and updating Hull & Tank database, agendas (CO and FDD), charts, graphs and project schedules. Maintained and provided updates for CCMA and TCCD metrics and slides for the CO Agenda and weekly meetings. Provided IR completion statuses to Construction Supervisors upon request and distributed CVN71 Executive Weekly Highlights to the RCOH team. Responsible for maintaining and updating Zone Cleanliness metrics and charts on a weekly basis.
