  • Conduct and document borrower and site visits to review operating status and collateral, identify potential problems, needed repairs and quantify liquidation/recovery probabilities.
  • Locate, retain and work closely with outside legal counsel where legal action is required to protect the bank's interests.
  • Monitor status of litigation to affect recovery from Borrowers and approve attorney recommendations as needed.
  • Recommend and prepare approvals for loan downgrades or upgrades, change in interest accrual status and partial or complete charge-offs.
