My objective in applying for the position of Labor Relations Analyst is to expand my skill set and utilize my capabilities and current knowledge and experience of JEA, in support of the Labor Relations function.
Computer Skills: Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, Visio, and PowerPoint
Provides professional administrative support to the SLT and JEA's Board of Directors to include purchasing and travel processes.
Highly efficient in multitasking and competing priorities, while maintaining relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders.
Analyze information and make decisions within parameters of JEA's mission and business priorities.
Creates and maintains correspondence, spreadsheets, power point presentations and specialized reports as requested by Executives or Board Members.
Effectively manages schedules and calendars for multiple Executives. Coordinates meetings including preparation of meeting agendas, taking and distribution of meeting minutes that may require strict adherence to Florida public record laws, and room/location logistics.

Effectively responds to and resolves customer inquiries both internally and externally.
Participates in special projects and teams within Human Resources, including employment satisfaction surveys, rewards and recognition and strategic planning.
Participated in recruitment and interview panels for hiring of new Executive Assistants and subsequent training of new employees.
Highly proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word and Oracle.
