Writing Your Skills Section
After your summary statement but before the bulk of your resume, include a short section that details the relevant skills you have developed from your working or educational experience. Format this section as a short bulleted list. It should include five to eight points.

Begin every bullet point with a strong action verb. This will ensure that you appear as an active worker as well as illustrate how you benefited previous employers.

Always have at least five bullet points for each position, but not more than eight or 10.
List work history starting with the most recent. Your current position should be in present tense while all others are in past.

Writing Your Education Section
The final part of your resume should outline your educational accomplishments. Depending on the exact position you are applying for and how much working experience you have, this section may be less relevant. Still, it is considered standard to include an education section, and many employers will be looking for it, even if it does not influence their decision very much. You should keep your educational information very brief, listing the highest level of achievement first and only including information that is relevant to the position.
