  • Support Geography and Service Line HR Managers, Senior Management, Supervisors, and Support Staff) Compensation and Benefits - Audit and process performance appraisals, promotion requests, offer letters and other salary actions to ensure compliance with company's rules and regulations.
  • Review and process position changes, promotions, transfers, and specialty pays (relocation, employee referral, employment agreements, etc).
  • Provide salary reports as needed utilizing Oracle.
  • Approve, monitor and answer employee and management questions concerning FLSA, leave policies including FMLA, short and long term disability, paid time off (PTO), ADA, leave of absences, furlough and workers compensation.
  • Coordinated and monitored administration of the Employee Relocation Program.
  • Chance-Smith Employee Relations - Provide advice, guidance and support to managers regarding issues/questions concerning employee conduct, policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of EEO issues.
  • Responsible for the geography's Human Resources Process Assessment.
  • Responsible for assisting the EEO officer with EEO/AAP audits.
  • Review offer letters for equity and position requirements, input data into Oracle system.
