Oversaw the operation of the long term facility for the organization in Boerne. The campus consists of 6 programs caring for 76 children with each program employing-15 employees. The Director of Long Term Residential Services ensured State Standards were met at each program; assisted in screening applicants for employment; performed evaluations on the employees; maintained contact with Caseworkers, Probation Officers, attorneys, and court appointed advocates for the children; and conducted monthly payroll, biweekly scheduling, and weekly staff meetings.
