In matters such as Uniforms, Personnel Action Request, Absence tracking & coordination (industrial, non-industrial, FMLA/CFRA, Kin Care Special leave, Parental leave and Military leave), Personnel Benefits, Payroll and many more. Assist and shadow Administrative Analyst in regards Worker's Compensation, Disciplinary procedure, Labor Contract Agreement, Motor Vehicle Committee Report and Personnel items.
• Review departmental/division leave requests; prepare leave reports; verify accuracy of time cards and benefits during leave.
• Prepare and maintain centralized departmental/division personnel files and computerized personnel records.
• Determine work assignment priorities to comply with established deadlines.
• Prepare forms needed to fill vacant positions; maintain records of vacant and filled positions. Monitor and update departmental/division position control.
• Maintain records of departmental/division selection interviews; schedule selection interviews; notify eligible candidate of interview results; arrange pre-employment physicals. Verify employee compliance with licensing and physical requirements.
• Prepare personnel transaction forms to enter new employees into the personnel and payroll systems and to reflect changes in employee status and pay. (If need be, approve time for personnel); Safeguard and distribute payroll checks and time cards.
• Meet with new departmental/division employees to explain rules and policies.
• Create and revise departmental/division personnel forms; May verify employee eligibility for incentive pay.
• Coordinate departmental/division employee evaluation system.

•Participate in school functions and attend school staff meetings on a regular basis;
