  • I was Recruited by Reser's Fine Foods to manage the company HR function including Corporate offices, national sales force, 11 food manufacturing plants in 6 states and consult for our affiliated businesses.
  • Reser's is a 600 million dollar company, growing double digits every year, with roughly 2200 employee's nation wide.
  • My role is quite strategic and I interact daily with the executive team to develop company wide initiatives.
  • I also manage a tactical staff and get very involved in execution strategy.
  • I developed multi state programs and processes to establish consistency in the HR Function, developed multiple management and HR manuals, Organizational Development programs, Compensation System, Recruiting strategies and Benefits programs.
  • I managed employee relations and built succession planning and audit systems.
  • I introduced and developed affirmative action programs in compliance with the OFCCP.

HR Dept Consultant/Customer Service Manager, 01/2006 to 07/2006
Harry's Fresh Foods
  • Internally transferred to re-build and manage Harry's Customer Service department after CS department collapsed in peak of busy season.
  • Harry's CS was in a serious situation and needed the help.
  • I had already built another department (HR) for the company previously, so I offered to handle this issue for the executives.
  • Hired my replacement in HR Department and consulted HR function daily until my departure in July of 06.
  • Hired, trained and managed 3 CS staff members, created department manual, wrote SOP's, improved all current activities and created season scaleable written processes, stabilized Harry's Customer Service reputation internally and externally, created reporting and measurement tools, explored automation options (EDI and others) and worked to stabilize customer order patterns and invoicing procedures.

US Bancorp
  • Directed the daily activities of ten tellers, reconciled teller outages, researched and authorized large transactions, scheduled tellers shifts, lunches and breaks.
  • Responsible for training tellers from multiple branch locations, coordinated teller bank regulation training.
  • CSR responsibilities included servicing all walk in customer needs, opening new accounts, selling banking services, conducting wire transfers, transaction authorization and issuing monetary instruments.
