Talent Management

  • Designed, packaged, and administered a management development program including course selection, vendor management, deployment, and course completions.
  • Co-chaired a team to create a comprehensive onboarding program, scaled for growth, for 75 new hires per year. Supported onboarding of new hires by supplying key job information, including organizational policies, job duties and total rewards.
  • Led a focus group to create and present tactics for the organization's three-year strategic plan. Topics included employment branding, onboarding, and multi-system integration across four departments. All tactics approved for implementation by executive team.
  • Developed and branded a low-cost employee referral program (Builder Bucks) that resulted in an average of 45% of hires by referrals per year. Lowered recruitment advertising costs by roughly 50% for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • As departmental point-of-contact, researched and wrote content for organization's intranet site and careers portal on topics including employee wellness, recruitment best practices, and performance management.
